I had a very difficult property to sell. I had a previous real estate agent that had the property for two years plus, with little to no results. Clint took over the job and had the house sold in a matter of months, at a very good price. Clint went way above any expectations I had. He conquered the near impossible. Clint is an absolute 10 in every way.

Clint is ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He actually cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. Don't tell him I told you that he's biased towards Chappelle :). Even in this crazy busy market, he made himself available to answer our questions and to schedule viewings last minute as per our schedule. He is not the realtor who would just add your email address to his collaboration center and tell you - "Oh, let me know if any of these strike your interest" or make himself sound as though he's doing you a favor by scheduling viewings and being available for you during these busy times, he actually makes sure to personally send you listings every morning to your phone and sends a personalized message with what stood out to him specifically about that particular property. We were able to sign a deal within 2 weeks of meeting Clint, as he clearly understood our needs and expectations. He didn't push us to buy or make us feel pressurized in this market by constantly saying that "prices are going up, let's put an offer." Have you met a realtor who is ethical, reliable, works hard to not only get you a deal below asking when houses are flying off the market, but also to negotiate repairs with the sellers? I bet not, if you haven't met Clint yet! You need to get in touch with him to know the meaning of a "good-honest-hardworking realtor"

Clint is an excellent agent, he have a great knowledge of the market and helped us sell our house. He goes above and beyond to help his Clients, I would definitely recommend Clint to be used as an agent and we would personally get him to help us with our future investment of buying or selling . Clint went above and beyond to make my experience as a first time home buyer simple and low stress. Communication was excellent, he negotiated a great price for the house and was great about answering my million questions. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
